Control: retitle -1 SVGDOMImplementation moved into package org.apache.batik.anim.dom
This bug will track the issue with transitioning from batik 1.7 to batik 1.8. The main issue being the move of SVGDOMImplementation. See http://stackoverflow.com/a/30250306/136285 and https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BATIK-1098 for further reference.
