estic needs to be removed first (796140).
I made a simulated dak removal, but it displays to false positives:
- ruby-pgplot/contrib is actually fixed by moving to gfortran instead
of gfortran-4.6.
- linux only uses gcc-4.6 on ia64, which has been removed.
