The transitioning leveldb package was uploaded too soon after the snappy one and buildds used the old snappy version for building it. Now the snappy build dependency is enforced with leveldb/1.18-4 and no binNMUs are needed. However it fails on ARM64 due to an other reason - the upstream ARM64 support patch interfere with an other patch. Working on the fix.
