please add Breaks: gtk3-engines-oxygen to libgtk-3-0. gtk3-engines-oxygen was using the theming API that was removed in GTK 3.16. So it's completely broken right now. I have requested removal of gtk3-engines-oxygen (bug #797796) but we should also make sure that the package gets removed from user systems. Otherwise GTK3 applications will look somewhat crippled when the oxygen theme is still configured. Thanks, Felix
