Good call, looks like it is! Thanks for the report. This is pretty bizarre, and I'm not sure why "dh_installinit" is putting out code that's failing us. We do a "--no-restart-on-upgrade" [1], but I can't remember exactly what this fixes (or if it's related to this failure). Perhaps Paul can chime in with more thoughts!
