I am about to upload a NMU with the attached patch. I'm not using the
DELAYED queues, because the release team asked me to start uploading
directly to unstable for these transitions, but you are welcome to
supersede it with a higher-versioned maintainer upload.

This is outdated information; the release team have decided that
having 300 transition-tracking bugs is not actually useful. So my
