Package: libav-tools Version: 7:2.7.2-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I have widely used m3u playlists contained http live streams as well as rtmp ones. But after upgrading from 6:11.4-2 to 7:2.7.2-2 version only http supported. This is very strange behavior, because rtmp itself outside of playlist still is working. Making assumption about protocol inside playlist is bad idea. You should make decision about protocol independently of either it is inside or outside of playlist. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (500, 'oldstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.1.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libav-tools depends on: ii ffmpeg 7:2.7.2-1 libav-tools recommends no packages. libav-tools suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
