0.23.1 has been uploaded and I got an email from the FTP master 90 minutes
ago telling me it has been accepted into unstable.

I can't upload, but I am working on that :)  I'm about to apply for Debian
Maintainer status, just have to get everything sorted.  Apparently the DD
who signed my key years ago has changed keys.
