As noted in LP: #1494258 [1], virtualbox FTBFS with the message:
warning: failed to load external entity "/docbookx.dtd"
Could not parse DTD /docbookx.dtd
This only occurs if libxml2-utils is installed and /usr/bin/xmllint is
found.
After uninstalling libxml2-utils, the build is successful.
It would be nice if libxmls-utils was a build dependency and the manual
was validated as intended by upstream.
