So you have hit the ongoing libstdc++v5 transition (and its followup llvm3.5 transition), beignet will get rebuilt against libllvm3.5v5 at some point, but there are hundreds of packages affected by the switch to gcc-5, making unstable really deserve its name "unstable" until all this is sorted out again.
