Hi,

This looks like an issue in the Apache 2.4 configuration (missing
'Require all granted' or similar).  Make sure configuration files in
/etc/gforge/httpd.d/ were updated.

If the problem persists, since the 5.3 version in Debian is now frozen
and FF 6.0 available, I'd suggest either:

- use the latest 5.3.3 release from fusionforge.org, which may contain
  configuration fixes

- upgrade to 6.0 stable, using packages from jessie-backports or
  directly from the upstream APT repo, see:
