Trying to build a Jessie backport of python-cryptography, I have found out that it FTBFS with python-pyasn1 0.1.7 (unit test error). Therefore, I have also made a backport of python-pyasn1 using version 0.1.8, and then python-cryptography built with no issue at all. Therefore, I'd advise to add a version to the python-pyasn1 dependency, to make the backport of python-cryptography done without any change to the package. Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
