The shared library libmnl is used by a lot of software currently (check rdepends). The iptables package is of Priority: important, and the next upstream release of iptables will build-dep on libmnl (and libnftnl). Also, nftables and libnftnl depends on libmnl. The nftables package will be slowly gaining Priority as well. Please, consider bumping the priority of libmnl. Thanks, best regards.
