Package: qpdf
Version: 5.1.2-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The syntax for performing an AES cipher on an unencrypted source PDF
is this:

  $ qpdf --encrypt usrpw ownrpw 256 -- source.pdf encrypted.pdf

It executes without error, but both evince and okular fail to open the
PDF using either password.
