I would expect local documentation not to make any external request. Similarly, although less severe, there's a request for the "forkme" github button: https://s3.amazonaws.com/github/ribbons/forkme_right_orange_ff7600.png and also a request for the Raleway font through Google's Font API: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Raleway
