Could you please give some link? The homepage http://pngu.mgh.harvard.edu/~purcell/plink/ lists 1.07 for the plink 1 series. If you mean 1.90 (instead of 1.09) this is packaged separately in the package plink1.9. Kind regards Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de
