We might also consider re-adding https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-systemd/systemd.git/commit/debian/systemd.postinst?id=03497b4ae5418470d64f2706af795122afe9645b but maybe in a slightly modified way. Instead of running setfacl, we could use systemd-tmpfiles /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/systemd.conf to avoid re-adding a dependency on the "acl" package.
