For you are the primary maintainer of qemu, it would be easy to maintain libcacard. If others maintain libcacard, the relationship with qemu will be hard to deal with. except libcacard, spice depends on some little utilities: usbredir and spice-vdagent, currently maintained by me. hope you can adopt them together.
