Package: libopenraw1v5 Version: 0.0.9-3.7 Followup-For: Bug #802471 Dear Maintainer,
it seems an attempt has been made to fix this problem, by adding Replaces/Conflicts stanzas. Unfortunately these stanzas are wrong, as they currently make 'libopenraw1v5' replace 'libopenraw1v5' and replace 'libopenraw1v5' (yes, that's three times the same package name). this basically means, that the 'libopenraw1v5' package cannot be co-installed with another version of itself (which is to be expected; Debian does not allow multiple versions of a single package to be co-installed in general). the proper replace/conflict stanzas should express a relationship towards the original 'libopenraw1' package (the non-v5 version): Replaces: libopenraw1 Conflicts: libopenraw1 thanks for re-uploading :-) fgmasdr IOhannes -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.2.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_AT.utf8, LC_CTYPE=de_AT.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libopenraw1v5 depends on: ii libc6 2.19-22 ii libgcc1 1:5.2.1-22 ii libjpeg62-turbo 1:1.4.1-2 ii libstdc++6 5.2.1-22 libopenraw1v5 recommends no packages. libopenraw1v5 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
