Package: eric Version: 3.8.0-1 Severity: minor
Font size of matched and unmatched braces does not reflect global monospaced font selection. Using large fonts is especially important on high resolution displays. Select DejaVu Sans Mono as Monospaced font under the Prefernce/Editor/Style dialog. Write a Python document containing some paired and unpaired braces. Write some text around the braces. Try to enter between a () brace pair. The font size of braces will be reduced and the brace pair jumps to left. It's hard to position the cursor between the opening and closing braces and it doesn't look good. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.14-sirius-20051219-0354 Locale: LANG=hu_HU, LC_CTYPE=hu_HU (charmap=ISO-8859-2) Versions of packages eric depends on: ii bicyclerepair 0.9-4 A refactoring tool for python ii python 2.3.5-3 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-qt3 3.15-4 Qt3 bindings for Python (default v ii python-qtext 3.15-4 Qt extensions for PyQt (default ve Versions of packages eric recommends: ii eric-api-files 3.8.0-1 API description files for use with ii libqt3-i18n 3:3.3.5-3 i18n files for Qt3 library pn python-kde3 <none> (no description available) pn python-profiler <none> (no description available) pn python-xml <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
