Bug#803016: libxml2: Upgrade fails with "triggers ci file contains unknown directive `activate-noawait'"

for me, amd64-Packages work fine, i386-Packages not.

i386-Packages have a trigger-file in /DEBIAN, containing the trigger 
"activate-noawait ldconfig", amd64-packages miss this file.

dpkg is of version 1.15.12 (i386), which seems to miss support for this kind of 
trigger.

My Workaround: I unpacked the package, commented the trigger out, repacked the 
package and was able to install it. Afterwards I ran ldconfig manually, just to 
be safe.
