Package: needrestart Version: 1.2-8+deb8u1 Severity: important
Hi,when the debconf noninteractive frontend is used needrestart just restarts services. It should however fall back to list only mode when it can't ask the user.
This is dangerous as unattended-upgrade or even just installing unrelated packages in an automated way can trigger service restarts in the default configuration.
