pcre3 will currently always run the test suite even if DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS sets "nocheck" or "nobench". It would be nice if pcre3 could honour either of these flags so we can temporarily disable tests to speed up the build process on slow architectures like m68k or just skip the tests when they are failing.
