I think the cause has to do with: -- Configuration Files:
/etc/gdm3/greeter.gsettings c174f4b4052874d1918d18ccadb6a027 [Errno 2] Bestand of map bestaat niet: u'/etc/gdm3/greeter.gsettings c174f4b4052874d1918d18ccadb6a027' The file: /etc/gdm3/greeter.gsettings is existing and default. The 'u' after the ': ' is strange. The 'c174f4b4052874d1918d18ccadb6a027' as option after the filename leads to a 'file not found' I think (Dutch text = Bestand of map bestaat niet). This seems to me the reason why the Gnome desktop does not appear at boot.
