That's strange. On my system, I can use that without any problems and my
ffmpeg will mux both the audio and the video in a matroska container.
Since the bestvideo format and the bestaudio formats are not MP4-compatible,
I do get a warning, but that's surely expected and a limitation of the MP4
container.

Can you please send the verbose output of the command, if you still have
problems?
