php-net-ipv4 is only used by dtc-common (not shipped in any stable release besides Lenny, and is now only available from experimental) and hasn’t been updated upstream for over five years. I will not follow up with an RM request since DTC might be resurrected at one point, but in the mean time, there is no point shipping it with the next stable release(s). Regards David
