The enclosed file is converted incorrectly, the output is not usable.
The program was invoked without any parameters (except of course input
and output files).
This looks like a buggy PDF file to me.
The physical size of the PDF file is just 13pt×16pt (or 4.6mm×5.7mm in
metric units). pdf2djvu's default resolution is 300dpi, so the resulting
DjVu size is 54×67 pixels.
You might want to use the --guess-dpi option the get a more legible
result.
