Well, as clusterssh is changing the config automatically and putting
that setting there, it keeps the setting also if you downgrade.

However, I have the feeling (no prove) that it just didn't work in
earlier versions. I use ctrl-s/ctrl-q often and also cssh. I never had
problems with it but the earliest config I find that has that _setting_
is from Dez, 2014.

So it seems that ctrl-q just didn't work as key_quit in earlier
versions. And that "fix" broke it.

I am not so sure. Sure, there is a workaround but it is still a big
design problem to use that important key stroke for somnething else that
is, more over, that destructive to quit all terminals; unimportant what
you did before. (It hit me in the middle of an apt upgrade on many
systems so apt was interrupted in the middle of its working. That can
leave the system in an inconsistent state.)
