You added too little information to be able to solve this one.
What are the changes you have done to /etc/gogoc/gogoc.conf?
Secondly, try this so that gogoc uses locale C. It would be easier to debug if
one doesn't know your language.

The contents of /var/run/gogoc/gogoc-rtadvd.conf would also been useful.
