Dear Maintainer,

The current Debian Testing release of NUnit 2.6.3 registers the nunit.framework
in the GAC like this:

nunit.framework, Version=2.6.3.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=96d09a1eb7f44a77

Under Windows, the distribution package from NUnit.org 2.6.3 registers the
nunit.framework in the GAC like this:

nunit.framework, Version=2.6.3.13283, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=96d09a1eb7f44a77, processorArchitecture=MSIL

..NET projects which have a reference to the nunit.framework on one system
become broken on the other if the references are not identical.

When the major/minor version numbers are the same, the Debian GAC reference
MUST match the one released by NUnit.org or you break software compatibility
across systems.
