Indeed, the 3 unconditional chmod's and chown's on /etc/moodle/apache.conf , /etc/moodle/apache.vhost.conf and /etc/moodle/config.php in moodle's postinst are suboptimal. Unfortunately, I'm not yet sure about how to fix this. Afaik, dpkg's stat override only work on files directly managed by dpkg; not on files created in postinst. Isn't it?
