This annoys me too, since I constantly have to override the keyring
every time I build a chroot for something different than debian.
I want to have a look and triple check that deboostrap do the right
thing alone and it refuses to operate without a signed repository with a
recongnized key; if that's the case then I plan to remove that option
from the default debootstrap options.
