Thanks for your report. kded is a small daemon that takes care of running the 
background tasks, and as such, the cpu usage might be due to a buggy (or really 
busy) background task.

It would be better if you could add try to pinpoint the background task 
responsible for the high cpu usage. From the system settings "Background 
Services" you can stop the running services and with that search for the 
responsible task.
