Hello, if other applications trigger the same issue it is most likely a bug in the nouveau driver. I have seen similar reports before that the desktop suddenly freezes but they differ depending on the specific Nvidia card in use. I am reassigning this issue to xserver-xorg-video-nouveau in the hope that the nouveau maintainer can assist in debugging the issue and forward it upstream if necessary. Regards, Markus
