Hi,

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=802702#26 has the following 
HTML:

  from &#39;<a 
href="https://bugs.busybox.net/8411&#39;</strong>">https://bugs.busybox.net/8411&#39
 </strong></a>
                                                       ^^^^^^^^^^

Note the extra <strong> *within* the href attribute, so the link actually 
points to the following "URL".

 https://bugs.busybox.net/show_bug.cgi?id=8411#c2'</strong>

Had a poke around debbugs.git but can't quite see where this is translated.
