gpgconf is from GnuPG-2 and thus knows about GnuPG-2.x options. It is
obvious that we can't add options from 2.0 also to 1.4. There are
two ways to mitigate this:

 1. Use "gpg.conf-1" for your GnuPG 1.x configuration

 2. Add "ignore-invalid-options OPTIONNAMES" to gpg.conf before the
first GPGConf marker line. This will silently ignore the listed
    unknown options.
