ok, I did the update, the package was missing the C++  ABI version
change as well ... I'll file a bug report, severity serious, and
NMU the package next Monday.

didn't enable the f90 bits, because the library ABI is changed by this
change. Maybe that's something for netcdf4.

that's not necessary, just do the work and find a sponsor ;-P
