Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal ngorca hasn't been uploaded for almost 6 years, and is not buildable anymore for more than 1 year and a halt (RC bug#746886). As a consequence it is not available in jessie nor in stretch.
I therefore recommend to remove this package from the archive.
