I think what is happening here is that ctdb is now part of (build from
the tarball of) samba, and so once samba 4.3 moves into testing the
ctdb source will probably be removed from both.  

Others may know more about the plans, but the background is that ctdb
was an independent repo and tarball on samba.org, but we integrated it
with Samba due to the close connections and to improve testing.
