Dear maintainers, as a few packages have a dependency on libpng and on libgdchart-gd2 it would be nice if you could upload a package built against libpng16 to experimental so that people can easier test their changes. Please note that #810095 and #810092 needs to be fixed first, as libgdchart is only indirectly depending on libpng and to be able to provide libfreetype d-shlibs needs a quirk. I offer to do this via an NMU, but only if you give me the GO explicitly.
