At a first glance I thought this is m68k specific ... no release
architecture contains the conflicting file.
But it's also reproducible on amd64 if built with nocheck.
debian/ruby-tests.rb contains
system("find -name fast_xs.so -delete")
which seems to be the wrong place to do this ...
