Package: gramps
Version: 4.2.1~dfsg-2
Severity: normal
When I try to add the death event to a person for which the birth event
has not been created, gramps crashes with messages:
(gramps:6526): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_notebook_get_tab_label: assertion 'list !=
NULL' failed
(gramps:6526): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_notebook_get_tab_label: assertion 'list !=
NULL' failed
(gramps:6526): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_notebook_get_tab_label: assertion 'list !=
NULL' failed
(gramps:6526): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_notebook_get_tab_label: assertion 'list !=
NULL' failed
The crash is triggered by an attempt to change the default "Birth" type
of a new event.
I assume the operation I intend to perform is legal (I found nothing
with Google on this topic). If not, then some informative message should
be produced.
Best regards
Janusz
