Package: axiom Version: 20050901-4 Severity: minor Typing ^D\n^C\n after starting axiom produces the following text repeated indefinitely:
1) -> >> System error: free(3) error. Hitting ^C again changes the error text but not the infinite loop, and the only way to quit at that point appears to be ^\. This sometimes happens when pressing ^C several times (without ^D), but I haven't been able to reproduce it consistently (whereas ^D\n^C\n dies every time). Typing ^D\n several times also produces strange results, including the following: Internal Error Unexpected error in call to system function pf2Sex1 Finally, the "(1) ->" prompt is printed twice on startup, with a small delay between printings, despite no user interaction.
