This should have gone in the Recommends or Suggests section instead of Depends. Additionally, fcgiwrap should absolutely be removed because it's a dirty hack that should no longer exist.
The python dependency exists because of the ngx-conf tool that got tossed in by popular request. However, in the same way ngx-conf is in no way required for Nginx, neither should be the python dependency.
