Package: latex2html
Version: 2002-2-1-20050114-4.1
Severity: normal

Hi!

Please do not install files into texmf-tetex but into /u/s/texmf. The
trees /u/s/texmf-tetex and /u/s/texmf-texlive are only for the
distributions themselves.

Thanks

Norbert

PS: I cannot already file a bug as texlive packages are not available in
Debian proper, but would you please add alternative
dependencies onto the texlive packages so that users can choose which
TeX system they want to install. Please use for tetex-bin the
alternative texlive-base-bin, and for tetex-extra I suggest
  tetex-extra | texlive-latex-recommended, tetex-extra |
texlive-fonts-recommended
but I don't know *what* exactely you need from the tetex-extra package.
If you tell me I can givve you the shortest possible dependency.
Thanks a lot! For more information see www.tug.org/texlive/debian.html
Currently I provide NMU -4.1 packages at the tug site which only have
the above dependency extensions.
