PostgreSQL in unstable has been upgraded to 9.5, please upgrade the dependency of dms-core to postgresql-9.5. (This is #756352 reloaded. I'd still suggest to look into if just "Depends: postgresql" wouldn't do what you want. The old 9.4 dms cluster won't disappear on the version upgrade, and "pg_upgradecluster 9.4 dms" (or whatever it is called) will upgrade all user data transparently, i.e. the upgraded cluster will use the same port, pg_hba.conf etc as the old one.)
