With the upload of python-stem/1.3.0-1, tor-prompt has been moved away from the standard PATH. In Jessie, typing “tor-prompt” works just fine. I don't see a reason why it cannot be provided as part of either python3-stem or a dedicated tor-prompt package. In any cases, a NEWS file to warn users of the change is probably required.
