Package: kdeprint Version: 4:3.5.0-3 Severity: normal Kjobviewer starts for each printing job and stop just after since I upgraded to kde 3.5.
That's very annoying when you have a lot of small printing jobs to do, and each kjobviewer starting is a waste of time. I think it should either run all the time in background or run on demand, or maybe the choice should be given to the user. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages kdeprint depends on: ii enscript 1.6.4-7 Converts ASCII text to Postscript, ii kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.0-3 core libraries for all KDE applica ii libc6 2.3.5-11 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:4.0.2-6 GCC support library ii libqt3-mt 3:3.3.5-3 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libstdc++6 4.0.2-6 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii poster 20020830-2 Create large posters out of PostSc ii psutils 1.17-21 A collection of PostScript documen Versions of packages kdeprint recommends: ii gs-esp [postscript-viewe 8.15.1.dfsg.1-1 The Ghostscript PostScript interpr ii gs-gpl [postscript-viewe 8.15-4.1 The GPL Ghostscript PostScript int -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
