As per http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/ krb5-1.14 has been available since 2015-11-20. Please consider packaging this new version, even if only in experimental. If it would be helpful, I am willing to provide labor. I maintain an rdependency (python{3,}-gssapi) in Debian that has an interest in having a newer krb5, and additionally I am the Fedora maintainer for krb5 (where we have had 1.14 since its release).
