Package: latex-beamer
Version: 3.06-1
Severity: important

Compilation of

\usepackage{amsmath}

\begin{document}

  \frametitle{Example}

  \begin{equation*}
    \begin{cases}
      e\\
      \onslide<2->{zzz}
    \end{cases}
  \end{equation*}
\end{frame}
\end{document}

gives

                \par
l.16 \end{frame}

It is the "cases" environment that causes the problem. This used to
work well with the previous version of later-beamer.
